Sinéad Rushe is an multidisciplinary artist working in performance.

All the strands of her work — theatre directing, performing, writing, mentoring, coaching and teaching — focus on how to be in the here and now and what makes a performance feel truly ‘live’.

She works with the acting methods of Michael Chekhov and Vsevolod Meyerhold (Biomechanics) as well as the embodied listening techniques of Eugene Gendlin (Focusing) and Shandor Remete (Shadow/Hatha Yoga).

Originally from Northern Ireland, she is based in London, UK.
